idk if this @#$% is true or not, but to tell you this braclet helped me alot with my knee, i've had a knee problem for over a 18months and i cant afford to get a surgery on it and my knee would pop and have these weird noises everyday since i got it injured from palying soccer, but since i bought the braclet my knee has nottt popped one time and thats a true story. and for some people it does work for some people it doesnt, but for me and few of my friends it helped alot and now i can go skiing and snowboarding again with no worrying if me knee will pop and @#$%..thank you

I have used Power Balance holograms & bracelets for over two years--for me personally, my motion sickness disappeared, I wear a bracelet on each wrist & a hologram on the back of my watch--they help with arthritis in my hands--they help with vertigo--they help with sore or swollen muscles--I breathe a little easier when I wear them, I never take them off except in the shower, pool, etc.--the holograms are not a cure all, they assist, they are not magic, there is no electricty in them and no magnets, they don't interfere with watches, hearing aids, pace makers, they do not set off the electronic scanners at the airport--when I get a tummy ache, I put a pack of 8 holograms just below the navel, when I have a headache, I put a hologram on each temple--you still have to treat the headache--it eases the pain until the medication works, when I get allergy shots & my arms swell, I put a hologram on each swollen muscle, you still have to take benadryl to treat the allergic reaction--if you haven't felt the benefit of the holograms, then you're are healthy and don't need them--for those of you who have some kind of issues, the holograms help with swelling, inflammation & pain--they don't cure what caused them--I sent some to my niece who crushed her shoulder joint & hadn't moved it in 7 wks without severe pain--I told her to put one on each side of her shoulder even if she had to tape them on, the hologram doesn't stop working because the sticky is gone, the sticky doesn't make it work, the holograms are still good, keep them & tape them to your body. My niece called me saying, "I love you so much, you're my best friend, I can move my arm without pain, I can still feel that it needs therapy but it doesn't hurt, I don't want to scream every second of the day"--I didn't tell her what they did, I just told her to put them on--my whole family uses them and a lot of my friends--the holograms help when you need them but you still have to treat the problem--they just assist you while your heals itself--I'm a believer--I'm an avid user!! So, for those who don't believe the holograms work, don't hate the ones who do--if the holograms/bracelets help someone suffering from pain, who cares how or why the holograms/bracelets work, they just do and that's enough.

I bought a band but it didnt work!!!!! Now I have World Ionics Band and feel so much better !!! wow Thank you World Ionics!!

I started having breathing problems a few months back and I stopped by a kiosk to try and prove them wrong and walked away with my first band. All my breathing problems stopped and I started sleeping way better immediately. My workouts and stamina improved too. I never take mine off and I'm giving bands to everyone for Christmas!!!
